Tena Barnes

Tena Barnes serves as a Project Manager and Architect on the Associate level. Joining SS&A in 2020, Tena has over 30 years of total experience in architectural contract administration, design, design presentation, document production, specification writing, and construction management. She is experienced in numerous project types including DOD, Military Training, detention facility, medical, laboratory, commercial, education and athletic facilities for K-12 and collegiate, hospitality, and high-end residential. She specializes in the production of design documents, project design management and construction management of new construction, renovation, and renewal projects as well as historic design projects. Tena is a member of the American Institute of Architects and maintains a certificate with the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.

Mrs. Barnes graduated from Auburn University, Auburn Alabama with a Bachelor of Architecture degree.
