Tena Barnes

Tena Barnes serves Director of Construction Specifications and Senior Project Manager at the Associate level. With over 30 years of experience, she is known for her expertise in architecture and contract administration and has curated a diverse portfolio spanning new construction and renovation projects, from medical/dental clinics to correctional facilities. Tena’s expertise encompasses all facets of project management, from drafting plans and specifications to effectively overseeing multiple concurrent design contracts and leading teams of architects and sub-consultants. Her attention to detail is evident in her preparation of comprehensive documentation, including owner-architect agreements, change orders, RFI’s, and invoices. Tena’s knack for authoring RFP documents for architectural segments of design-build projects demonstrates her strategic insight and dedication to facilitating seamless project execution.

Mrs. Barnes graduated from Auburn University, Auburn, Alabama with a Bachelor of Architecture degree.
