AEC industry marketing and business development executive, Tracey Gould, joins SS&A as Director of Business Development
(January 21, 2025) – Award-winning AEC industry marketing and business development executive, consultant, author, speaker, professor, and coach, Tracey Gould, M.S. IMC, CPSM, joins SS&A Design Collective as director of business development. With over 30 years of experience within architecture, interior design, engineering, and program/project management firms, as well as local government and non-profit organizations, her experience spans international, national, regional, and local markets. Such markets include Asia, Canada, South America, Europe, and the entirety of the United States.
Her role with SS&A oversees the firm’s pipeline development and new client relationships across the Federal landscape, while influencing strategic planning, forming new and building strategic partnerships, market research, thought leadership strategies, content marketing, and more.
Previously, Tracey held leadership and consulting roles for organizations including Stambaugh Ness, Michael Baker International, Design Collaborative, the Walmart Foundation, ALTEN, Alcoa, LexisNexis, Newmark, and Baskervill. She also served as professor of marketing, strategic public relations, international marketing, and social media strategy for High Point University, West Virginia University, and the Jack Welch Management Institute (JWMI) MBA program.

Throughout her career, she has remained active in numerous industry associations, holding various national and regional roles, such as president of SMPS Virginia and a variety of Board and committee roles for Habitat for Humanity, PRSA Richmond, PRSA North Carolina, American Marketing Association (AMA) Triangle, NCEDA, SAME Ft. Liberty. SAME Ft. Lee, and several others.
She is currently completing an MBA at the top, nationally ranked UNC Greensboro Bryan School of Business and holds a Master of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) from West Virginia University (Summa Cum Laude) and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Media Arts/Communications from the University of Arizona. She has earned numerous professional certifications throughout her career, including Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM), Digital Marketing, DEI in the Workplace from the University of South Florida, Deltek Vision, Deltek Vantagepoint CRM, Click Up, and she is currently earning an Accreditation in Public Relations (APR) from PRSA.
Tracey is based in Greensboro, North Carolina, and reports out of SS&A’s global headquarters office in Montgomery, Alabama.
