Paul Phillips

Paul Phillips serves as the Administrative Managing Principal, providing oversight to the firm’s administrative functions including Accounting, Comptroller, Human Resources, Information Technology Systems, Word Processing, and Reprographics. Additionally, Paul serves as the Director of Medical Planning, providing administrative oversight to all medical planning and equipment planning personnel for the firm. Paul has extensive experience with the development of solicitation responses, SF330s and RFQs and is actively engaged in business development activities for the firm.

Mr. Phillips graduated from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Tennessee with a Bachelor of Nursing and Webster University, Saint Louis, Missouri with Master of Business Administration degree. He is a Fellow with the Health Facility Institute.
