Charles Brown

Charles Brown serves as the Director of Civil Engineering and Land Surveying at the Senior Associate level. Joining SS&A in 2007, Charles has over three decades of civil engineering and site planning experience and over 17 years of experience with federal projects including new construction, site adapt, and major renovations. His project experience includes AT/FP, site access, parking, domestic and fire water mains, sanitary sewers, site drainage and layout, transportation roadways, construction phasing, environmental permitting, erosion and sediment control, runway/taxiway, downtown revitalization, residential/commercial subdivisions, and railroad design. Charles has been a licensed Alabama Engineer since 1995 and an Alabama Land Surveyor since 2000 providing field to finish land surveying services for topographic, utility, boundary, as-built, construction stakeout, and ALTA surveys.

Charles graduated from Auburn University, Auburn, Alabama in 1991 with a B.S. in Civil Engineering.
