General Description

This project is a continuation of the VA's cottage master plan.  Phase 2 consists of two cottages (10,000 square feet each) with shared support space. Cottages include 10 resident suites and one guest room, a living room, a dining room, kitchen, laundry and other support areas. The existing community building includes social, recreation, and exercise spaces as well as administrative and clinical areas.
