Three-story project is a replacement medical and dental clinic with on-grade entrances on two levels and a main entrance canopy. A central circulation spine provides clear way-finding for patients in a day-lighted environment. Exterior materials include brick, natural stone, architectural metal panels, and an aluminum curtain wall. Clinics include primary care, internal medicine, gyn, pediatrics, immunizations, orthopedics, surgical, optometry, mental health, physical therapy, AF/Navy flight medicine, and dental. Ancillary departments include the pharmacy, lab, and imaging.
Natural light floods the major interior spaces. The design features a sky-lighted long-span clear-story roof with a utility interstitial space integral to the roof structure. Directional tubular skylights are provided in mental health waiting and dental treatment areas.
