General Description
The master plan consists of 12 cottages for nursing care. Phase 1 consists of two cottages (10,000 sf each), and a community building (15,000 sf). Cottages include 10 resident suites and 1 guest room, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry and other support areas. The community building includes social, recreation, and exercise spaces as well as administrative and clinical areas.
