Loxley Elementary School,

The Baldwin County Board of Education selected Sherlock, Smith & Adams to
provide complete architectural and engineering design services for the construction
of a new single-story classroom building for Loxley Elementary School.
The total size of the new addition equaled approximately 28,000 square feet. In
addition to 17 classrooms, the project scope included a connecting link to existing
buildings, a new multi-purpose building, and a renovation and addition to the
existing cafeteria and kitchen. Also included in the addition were new computer
rooms, new restrooms, lounge areas, work rooms, additional storage, a new bus
canopy, and all necessary auxhillary spaces.
