Bonus Plan:

Bonus compensation may be paid at the discretion of the company, but is typically paid once a year with the amount dependent on the financial status of the company and a formula established by the Board of Directors.

Vacation Time:

Vacation time is posted on a monthly basis, accumulating at the rate of 10 days per year for employees with 0-12 years with SS&A, and 15 days per year for employees with over 12 years with SS&A. Vacation is available to be used as earned, after the initial probation period of employment. A maximum of 80 hours of unused vacation time may be carried over into the subsequent fiscal year.

Sick Leave Time:

Accrues at one day per month beginning at the first day of the month following 30 calendar days of employment. Accumulated sick leave in excess of 60 days (480 hours) is paid to the employee at the rate of 25% after the end of the fiscal year.

Holidays:

New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day and Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.

Each item listed above is subject to more detailed explanation and restrictions as outlined in the company policy. Sick Leave and Vacation benefits listed above do not apply during each employee's 180-day trial period.
